BMW 135i Fuel Pump Defects

Over the past year there have been countless reports of BMW 535s and 335s having severe engine problems directly associated with “high pressure” fuel pump failures. In the past few weeks there has been a sudden spike in the number of BMW 135s experiencing the identical issue. Much like the other models, up to now BMW has addresses customer complaints. However, there is no solid resolution for the repeated failures and the extensive out-of-service time being offered by BMW service centers.
