GM recently expanded a recall of 1,262 trucks and SUV’s to cover 26,751 of its 2010 model Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESC, Cadillac EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche, Colorado, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, GMC Canyon, Sierra, Yukon and Yukon XL. The vehicles covered in the recall are equipped with faulty rear axles that can lock while driving, causing the driver to loose control and crash.

If you own a 2010 model GM truck or SUV you are urged to cease vehicle operation immediately.
